This limited warranty covers GITFOS devices against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use — wherever you bought them.

1. Who this warranty is from, and who it covers
This limited warranty (the "Warranty") is provided by GITFOS ("we", "us"). It applies to the original purchaser of a genuine GITFOS device bought from GITFOS or an authorized GITFOS seller, and it is valid worldwide, subject to the terms below.
This Warranty is in addition to — and does not affect — any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws. Nothing here limits those statutory rights.
2. Coverage period
- Standard coverage: 12 months, automatic on every GITFOS device. You do not need to register to receive it.
- Extended coverage: 36 months, available free if you register your device within 30 days of purchase at gitfos.com/pages/register (the registration page).
Coverage begins on the date of purchase shown on your proof of purchase (or, if later, the delivery date). If we repair or replace a device, the remainder of the original coverage period continues to apply — repair or replacement does not restart or extend the period.
3. What is and isn't covered

- Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use
- Hardware that fails to function as described under normal operating conditions
- Included accessories that are defective on arrival (e.g., cables, adapters in the box)
○ Not covered
- Accidental damage, drops, liquid damage, or misuse
- Normal wear, cosmetic marks, and scratches
- Damage from unauthorized repair, modification, or non-GITFOS parts
- Use outside the product's stated specifications (e.g., wrong power input)
- Battery capacity loss after 【BATTERY MONTHS】 months of normal use
- Lost or stolen devices, and consumable parts
- Devices bought from unauthorized sellers or without valid proof of purchase
- Third-party software, apps, or services
4. Proof of purchase & eligibility
To make a claim you'll need valid proof of purchase — your order confirmation, receipt, or order number from Amazon, AliExpress, Gitfos.com, or an authorized reseller. For extended (36-month) coverage, your device must have been registered within 30 days of purchase. Registering is the easiest way to keep your proof on file.
5. How to make a warranty claim
- Contact us at our Support Center (or reply to your warranty confirmation email) and describe the issue.
- Include your order number, the store you bought from, and your device model. Photos or a short video of the issue help us resolve it faster.
- Our team will troubleshoot with you. If it's a covered defect, we'll arrange the next step.
- We'll repair the device, send a replacement, or provide an equivalent remedy — at our reasonable discretion and at no charge for covered claims.
We aim to respond to every support request within 24 hours.
6. Our remedy
For a valid claim within the coverage period, GITFOS will, at its option, repair the device, replace it with the same or a comparable model, or provide an equivalent remedy. Replacement devices may be new or refurbished to perform like new. This is your sole and exclusive remedy under this Warranty.
7. Limitations
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GITFOS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss or loss of use, arising from the use of, or inability to use, a GITFOS device. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Where they do not apply, this Warranty is limited to the shortest period and narrowest scope permitted by law.
8. Your statutory rights
This Warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary by country, state, or region — for example, statutory guarantees for consumers in the EU, UK, and elsewhere. This Warranty does not exclude, restrict, or modify any consumer rights that cannot be excluded under the law that applies to you.
9. Transfers
This Warranty applies to the original purchaser and is tied to the individual device and its proof of purchase. Extended coverage obtained through registration is non-transferable unless required by applicable law.
